We thought, "Why not help people enjoy their vacation in unique Airbnbs, where they could truly relax and feel at home?"

With our real estate backgrounds and a love for vacation homes, we decided to start Hosting Lake Arrowhead, offering full-service short-term rental management. Our mission was clear: to help families turn their vacation properties into profitable, welcoming homes that guests would never want to leave.

Since then, we've assisted over 30 families in purchasing and transforming their vacation homes into successful rentals. As our vision expanded, we launched The Collective—a one-stop shop for everything Airbnb.
